Two projects were funded under the 7th internal call for proposals

On 24 August 2026, the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic approved two new sub-projects under the NCK PolyEnvi21 programme as part of its 7th internal call for proposals. The first project, “Hybrid C4 Bio-Platform for Advanced Composite Materials”, focuses on the production of C4 biochemicals from second-generation feedstocks and their use in the development of advanced polymer composites for the automotive industry. The second project, “NANOSED | Multi-layered nanofibre insert for anti-decubitus seating systems”, is dedicated to the development of a multi-layered functional insert based on polyurethane nanofibres for anti-decubitus seating systems, with the aim of increasing user comfort and reducing the risk of pressure ulcers.
