Czech participation at the GreenTech Global Forum

On 16 and 17 September 2024, the GreenTech Global Forum, an international event opened by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, took place in Rome. The event was organised by the LazioInnova platform for research and innovation.

Ambassador Jan Kohout spoke on the panel “International Best Practices”, in which most of the panellists focused on the energy sector. In his speech, Ambassador Kohout supported nuclear energy. Approximately 450 representatives of companies, universities, business associations, international organizations and embassies attended the forum. From the Czech Republic, the Forum was attended by Asitis, Intens and Škoda Transportation, as well as the Tomas Bata University in Zlín, whose representatives participated in the expert panels.
