Plastics with increased thermal conductivity

Solution period: 1/6/2024 – 31/5/2027

Principal investigator: Centrum orgranické chemie s.r.o

Project goal: To design and test new additives for increasing the thermal conductivity of selected thermoplastics with use mainly in the automotive industry (more here). The card is being prepared.

Planned outputs:

Gfunk – Thermally conductive additive suitable for thermoplastics (6–2025)

Gfunk – Thermally conductive thermoplastics (3–2026)

Gfunk – Heat dissipating thermoplastic based headlamp frame (9–2026)

Gfunk – Laminate with heating foil combining external thermal insulation and thermally conductive thermoplastic (12–2026)

Fuzit – Thermoplastics with thermally conductive additive for automotive applications (5/2027)

Ztech – Validated process technology for the production of a thermally conductive additive suitable for thermoplastics (1–2027)

Ztech – Validated process technology for the production of thermoplastic concentrate with thermally conductive additive (3–2027)

Ztech – Validated process technology for the production of a laminate combining thermally conductive and non-thermally conductive thermoplastics for automotive applications (5–2027)
